Vinegar and Oil Sales on March 5, 2010

MPS will be selling our MPS labeled vinegar and oil at our annual spaghetti dinner. Please bring your check or cash to purchase these super quality products in support of Castro Valley's Music Programs. We are offering these products at $10.00 per bottle (at least 50% off retail price)

The Balsamic Vinegar is intensely flavorful vinegar aged 18 years in oak barrels. The result is a blend that offers a subtle balance of sharp, aromatic flavors. It’s perfect for making salad dressings, pouring over grilled meats and vegetables, or mixing with extra-virgin olive oil as a dip for crusty bread. 

We have the following Balsamic Vinegars:

• Peach White Balsamic

• Blueberries Balsamic

The olive oil is a Delizia Special Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pressed from olives grown in California. It was pressed less then 90 days ago and qualifies as an Aceite Nuevo olive oil. Its character is vibrant with a deep green color, clean flavor and pleasant peppery finish.
